How it works

B1ND Systems, Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation. We are not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Pay-It-Forward contributions are non-deductible gifts for U.S. federal income tax purposes. The receipt you receive will reflect this.

Common questions

Who picks the recipient?
Our team. We select from a funded queue of small business owners, freelancers, and small nonprofit operators who applied for the platform but indicated price was a barrier. We prioritize first-time business owners and operators in underserved regions.
Can I designate a specific recipient?
Not yet. The MVP launch supports curated matching only. Designated sponsorships may launch in a future release.
Will my name be shared with the recipient?
Only if you opt in at checkout. Default is anonymous.
What if the recipient's onboarding fails?
We re-match within 30 days at no additional cost to you. You'll get an email when the new match is made.
