Sponsor a seatCommon questions
- What happens after 24 months?
- Your data stays. We email you 60 days before access expires with a renewal offer at the same price you paid. Decline and your data is read-only and exportable for 12 more months.
- Can I switch editions later?
- Yes. Solo → Business is a one-click upgrade with prorated credit. Your data stays where it is — nothing to migrate.
- What about taxes?
- Sales tax is collected where required and shown on the receipt. Quipu Business tracks sales-tax payable by jurisdiction; Solo is exempt from collection on personal-finance use.
- Can I migrate from QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite?
- Yes — CSV import at launch covers Chart of Accounts, counterparties, products, opening balances, and historical invoices/bills. XLSX import is post-launch.
